uid_wrapper [PATCHES] - set of patches

I made lot of changes in uid-wrapper. I can call these patches obsolute now.

Please accept my apologies for wasting your time. I will send new nice
patches soon as possible.

New patches  solves lot of thread-safe issues and add few new tests and I
hope that you will like it.
