'make test' issues

Hi,

we have an issue in 'make test'. Run the following command:

	make -j test TESTS=samba3.smbtorture_s3.plain


The first test is a s3dc test.

I can see that samba-tool is called to provision a DC, then nmblookup4 and 
after that we call ldbsearch to see if the DC is running. The issue is, that 
there is no DC running at all. The samba binary is never started!

Why does s3dc setup a DC but not start it?
