We do, in different code paths. Unfortunately I didn't catch the
brokenness in the other code paths when dealing with prior reports :-/.

Yep:
bso#10612: set_printer(SPOOLSS_PRINTER_CONTROL_PURGE) doesn't purge
bso#10271: Incorrect job-ID sent in print job notifications
bso#9123: failed to get sysjob for job
