[PATCHES] selftest related

Hello,

Please review patches that we made today during the hacking session with
Jelmer:

* 0001-Decrement-the-counter-by-one-as-actually-we-have-ind.patch, the
 number of run test is actually misleading so I decided to fix it

* 0002-scripts-Allow-to-specify-a-limit-on-the-number-of-te.patch, Allow
  the script to report only top n slowest tests
* 0003-selftest-report-the-10-slowest-tests-by-default-make.patch, Add
  script to make test to produce a sum-up like that:

  TOP 10 slowest tests
  samba.tests.docs -> 308
  samba4.blackbox.upgradeprovision.release-4-0-0 -> 173
  samba4.blackbox.upgradeprovision.alpha13 -> 166
  samba4.drs.replica_sync.python(vampire_dc) -> 134

  samba3.base.delaywrite(plugin_s4_dc) -> 108
  samba4.blackbox.dbcheck(dc) -> 108
  samba4.blackbox.dbcheck(vampire_dc) -> 105
  samba4.blackbox.dbcheck(promoted_dc) -> 104

* 0004-selftest-add-documentation-for-options-exclude-and-i.patch, Add
  documentation for 2 un-documented options.
