[PATCH] improve ntlm_auth for kerberos

I've been looking at using ntlm_auth as a Negotiate acceptor for
mod_auth_ntlm_winbind, and these two patches make things a little
smoother.  I'll write up the full configuration on the wiki once we have
it polished, but in short, I'm impressed with what can be done with our
existing code.  

Please review/push.
