samba bug 6563 status

hi:
   sorry for asking here. I use freeradius and encounter bug 6563
sometimes. according to the bug comment "The problem should be mostly
fixed in the latest 3.6, 4.0 and 4.1 releases."

    may I ask which samba 3.6 version fix the bug? RHEL 6.6 comes with
samba 3.6.23, I wonder if I can finally get rid of the bug. I check
samba 3.6 release notes but didn't find anything about this bug.
