OK, this appears to be more complex than I first thought.

1. At least one recovery has occurred,

2. During a second, or subsequent recovery, attempt, it appears that
the posix lock on the reclock file was lost.

Was there anything in the OCFS2 logs indicating that a daemon died
around 02:18:25?
