OK, Change:

Create a hot-backup of idmap.ldb on the Domain Controller, that was 
already there, before joining the new one

To:

Create a hot-backup of idmap.ldb on the Domain Controller that holds the 
PDC FSMO role (i.e. the first DC).

Also, change:

Move the backup file „/usr/local/samba/private/idmap.ldb.bak“ to the new 
joined Domain Controller and remove the .bak suffix.

To:

Move the backup file „/usr/local/samba/private/idmap.ldb.bak“ to 
"/usr/local/samba/private" on the newly joined Domain Controller and 
remove the .bak suffix, this will replace the original file.
