That should not prevent you from build or using Samba. Samba 4 does not
require that you have Heimdal installed on your system.
You can either:
1) build it without AD support and using your system Kerberos
2) build it with AD support and the bundled Heimdal, which can co-exist
with the MIT Kerberos on your system
