HyperV-like workload and Samba

Hi!

Following up to some discussions last week at SambaXP I
would like to send around a document that describes Samba's
work around a HyperV-like workload: Many parallel small
aligned I/Os on huge files. There has been much work done
already, and we have good plans to go forward into the
six-digit IOPS :-)
