Help wanted on AD DC winbindd work

If you are interested in helping out on the AD DC winbindd work, please

And get one more of the tests in make test to pass.  I've so far
focussed on make test TESTS="winbind wbinfo nss".

Or, perhaps help me get a NETLOGON binding handle to our PDC or a full
DC, so we can forward SamLogon requests on correctly.

Or help get metze's 'use a cli_credentials' patch into master, and hook
winbindd up to read and write secrets.ldb for the machine account
password.

Or merge the patches.  The 2 patches at the top of this still need
merging:

Or review the patches in, which is rebased on master.  Nothing important
changes until we switch the choice of winbindd, and it passes the
limited test I mention above up to that point.

Or something else, like more and better tests.  There is still work to
be done, but I also think this really is a practical, not impossible
task.
