[PATCH] Use system, not internal headers for kdc plugin interface when using system heimdal

I noticed while updating heimdal (yes, I'm trying to catch up after 3
years) that we always used the internal kdc.h, not the system one when
building against a system Heimdal.

This fixes that issue, ensuring we build-break when it changes (as it
has).

The fix which would be needed if a debian package was built of master, is in:
