[PATCH] AD-DC Winbindd

Hi,

Attached are some patches to make AD-DC use winbindd and have that as 
the default implementation across Samba.

These changes are critical for implementing domain trusts and should 
allow the use of NSS plugins. We expect it to be much faster as it will 
use the internal winbind cache.

In the process, this will fix a number of other issues such as the 
ntlm_auth require-membership-of issue and move us away from the 
neglected s4 winbind code.

In particular, this code implements the fallbacks required to allow the 
RODC to operate.

This would be a useful feature for our active-directory users to have in 
Samba 4.2.
