Recycle bin issue

As i said, it doesn't work on any other (newer) versions than 3.5.11, so 
it should be pretty easy to at least confirm that i'm not the only one 
experiencing this problem.

Of course i'm willing to provide any information, but I believe it's 
much easier for you guys if any of you can reproduce it locally and 
check the logs yourselves.
