[PATCH] CTDB test and debug patches

2 patches:

* ctdb-tests: Try harder to avoid failures due to repeated recoveries

  Try to repair some weaknesses in the CTDB test infrastructure to
  avoid unnecessarily failing tests

* ctdb-daemon: Debugging for tickle updates

  Was useful once, might be useful again  :-)

Please review and push if OK.
