[PATCHES] Add torture_failure entries to permit knownfail/flapping of our base.* tests

The flapping tests in our make test are getting on our nerves, and one
of the issues with them is that many are not able to be silenced with a
knownfail fail, because they are an error, not a failure.

This comes from being converted to subunit only partially, as the tests
originally were printf() based, and these were only converted to
comments, not failure messages.

This patch changes that, by using torture_result() calls.

(selftest/flapping changes not included, but they should be easy to add
in another patch once this is in)

Please review/test.
