Bind9 ver 9.8.4 dlopen support

Hello:

 I have using Debian Wheezy 7.3 and Bind9 version 9.8.4.dfsg.P1-6+nmu2+deb7u1

When I run:
# named -V
BIND 9.8.4-rpz2+rl005.12-P1 built with '--prefix=/usr' '--mandir=/usr/share/man' '--infodir=/usr/share/info' '--sysconfdir=/etc/bind' '--localstatedir=/var' '--enable-threads' '--enable-largefile' '--with-libtool' '--enable-shared' '--enable-static' '--with-openssl=/usr' '--with-gssapi=/usr' '--with-gnu-ld' '--with-geoip=/usr' '--enable-ipv6' 'CFLAGS=-fno-strict-aliasing -DDIG_SIGCHASE -O2'

I see that "--with-dlopen=yes" not appear and this options is necessary for bind_dlz in Samba4.

In Jessie happen the same.

I note that when I join a new Windows client to my domain, its IP address don't have added to DNS.

I was reading in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=692416, but it seem this bugs is closed.
