[PATCH] Remove CAP_UNIX from the ntvfs smb server

This fix allows us to match the 'unix extensions' parameter between the
two loadparm systems, and with the docs.

This issue was found by the samba3.smbtorture_s3.plain(dc).LARGE_READX
test.
