[PATCH] pidl: Install pidl files corrently.

I think the reason for pidl/lib/wscript_build is that the structure is 
correctly installed. If you tell me how to strip lib/ from the installation 
path, we can do that.

I guess it means, calling the install command for each file and enter the 
correct path would do it, I don't see how else ...

I had to add an option --with-perl-vendor-dir to correctly install it too.

I'm testing the patch right now.
