[PATCH] Fix problem with server taking too long to respond to a MSG_PRINTER_DRVUPGRADE message.

Hi Printing-weenies :-).

Here is a patch related to a problem we
had locally with a large number of printers
(more than 2000) and doing a cupsaddsmb.

This end result is a timeout in the rpcclient
call invoked from cupsaddsmb.

Fix has been tested here and confirms works.
