introduce worm vfs module to 4.0/4.1?

Hi there!

Since December, 13th the worm vfs module is introduced in master.

  0275410 waf docs: build the new vfs worm man page
  8a1cda8 docs-man: add manual page for the new worm vfs module
  5b127a6 s3-waf: build new vfs_worm module
  2004317 s3-modules: add new vfs_worm module

Is there any opposition to introduce this module to 4.0 and 4.1?
If there is no protest I'll create a common bug report aimed to the
missing worm feature.
