registry config not being updated on one of my clusters ... how do I troubleshoot this

same version of samba and ctdb on al nodes?
compiled the same? (smbd -b | grep CLUSTER)
same ctdb config (essentially)? (nodes file ...)
ctdb status says all up and healthy?
ctdb getdbmap prints registry on both nodes?
same smb.conf on all nodes? (clustering = yes ...)

You don't happen to be on irc or so?
This kind of troubleshooting is more easily performed
interactively. :)
