Hi Andrew,

here is another round of patches.

I've rebased it so it turns on "DNS faking" and then enables it by default. 
After that it adds patches to implement DNS resolving and DNS faking but only 
faking is used.

As soon as we fix SOA records in the DNS server we can revert the commit which 
always enables dns faking.


'make test' should work which each commit.
