Can't we just revert the split into SAMBA3_LIBRARY and SAMBA3_SUBSYSTEM
and just rename 'pdb' to 'samba-passdb' in every required place?

I'd like https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10720 to be fixed soon.
