Ralph - this is *really* nice work !

I think you've just prepared the ground
for adding the UNIX create context to
SMB2 we also need... :-).

Pushed to master (with one talloc_free->TALLOC_FREE
fix, one fix due to the leases code changes,
and one typo fix in a commit message).

Once you see it in master - back-port
for 4.2.0 and add to the bug report !
