[PATCH] Allow winbindd to use the AD DC idmap

This patch allows winbindd to ask passdb (pdb_samba_dsdb) about all SIDs

This is needed to use the sam.ldb idmap method on the AD DC.  Naturally,
we want to transition to a less basic idmap mechanism, but this is
needed first to allow winbindd to be used without changing behaviour.
