[PATCH 2/2] doc: remove outdate Samba3-HOWTO

I disagree. There a some things which have even been wrong when the howto was
written and there is a ton of stuff, which is wrong just because samba changed
and the world kept spinning for 10 years. Even is you find that 70% or whatever
is still correct the remaining 30% which are wrong break the users who rely on
it their neck. Nobody is maintainig that old-world (non wiki) documentation.
The only documentation which is maintained by people from the community and
from the team is the Wiki.

The only commits and "fixes" are those two or three deletions that come from
someone who wants to find arguments not to delete this rotten (sorry, there is
no other word for what it is) documentation. This is not helpful for anybody.
