[Release Planning 4.0] Freezing 4.0 release branches tomorrow

Can the patch from Bug #9461 
(https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9461) please be included? It 
had confirmend, that it is working. But during the last releases this 
patch was forgotten to include.
