[PATCH] Fix and test invocationID changes with dbcheck

My invocationid branch includes changes for dbcheck and a new template
provision (4.1.0rc3, which is before we fixed the bug) over which we run
dbcheck. 

It also includes a server-side check to refuse to replicate these
entries.
