Ok I've set up the puller, and went back a few months in history to let
it mark patches. It marked 1500 of them as pushed.
Now it will keep doing that in a cron job that runs every 10 minutes.

Not much, there are a few  things in the source code repo, that's why
say 'supposedly' :)
