Ok, found it. patchwork.samba.org. One problem with that is
-- patches are not automatically cleaned up when they get
into the tree. Also, it seems not to like a patchset as an
attachment. Maybe that can be solved by stricter use of git
sending emails directly. But for example
https://patchwork.samba.org/patch/3413/ is now in master and
still shows up as "new". Probably a strict workflow going
through that tool might solve this, but it would be great if
it could automatically detect something has gone in.
