Howto use a custom resolver context?

Hi,

I want to use the smbcli_full_connection function to create a connection to
a server. This function only requires a resolver_context. Now in my fuse fs
the ipv4 address is already known. Do it is not required to use all
"normal" methods. How do I programm this? Can I add a resolver method which
will be done first? Or is there another way to do this?
