[Patch] use enums instead of int32

Hello,

Find attached a simple patch to replace int32 with the enum type for the 
level and switch_type. This has the net effect allowing the generation 
of dissectors for Wireshark (wireshark doesn't have a function to 
dissect int32 only uint32).

Please review and push.
