Get E: Unable to find a source package for samba when trying to set up Samba build for Debian testing

Hi folks,

I was trying to do the following:

    apt-get build-dep samba

and got the above error messages. apt-get works for me as I used it to
make sure that fakeroot, build-essential and git were installed.

What have I done wrong?
