generating more wireshark dissectors

Hello all,

For the work on frstrans (aka DFS-R) dissector I started a set of 
changes on pidl so that it generates more stuff and also in a more 
interesting way (ie. instead of dissecting an array byte by byte it's 
now done as a whole).
Metze already made some remarks that I haven't taken into account but 
you can see my work in progress in my iolab2013 branc
