[Release Planning 3.6] Samba 3.6.20 scheduled for November 6

Hi,

there are two bug fixes available for 3.6, so it makes sense to ship
another maintenance release, I think.

- https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10167
  smb2 breaks "smb encryption = mandatory"

- https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10139
  valid utf8 filenames cause "invalid conversion error" messages.

Samba 3.6.20 is scheduled for Wednesday, November 6. That means, the
release branch will be frozen on Wednesday, October 30.
Please make sure that all relevant 3.6 fixes will be pushed to the release
branch in time! Thanks!
