Samba replication issue

Hi List,

there is an issue in the glibc at least 2.17 resolving names containing 
underscores like "_msdcs". I filed a bug for this 
https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16164 but the RFC 1035 
said any part of domain name (label) must start with a letter and must 
end with a letter. Regarding this I think the "bug" will not be fixed in 
the glibc.

I fixed the issue by adding the _msdcs entries in the /etc/hosts files 
for all DCs but this is can only be a temporairy solution. Is there a 
place where we can implement our own getaddrinfo?
