New HowTo about setting up a home share

Hello,

as Andreas encouraged me to announce my new Wiki publications always on 
both lists, here it is my latest one:

In the last time, we had some questions on the list, about how to setup 
a home share without manually granting permissions to every user folder. 
This HowTo should explain everything that is needed (and maybe a bit more).
