Does ldap sync bi-direction ?

Dear All:

      I've set-up 1st AD with domain name 'A' and join 2nd AD into it.

      Then I use 'Active Directory Users and Computers' to manage them in two 
PC separately. (I enforce two PC to load data from LDAP of 2 AD separately)

      I add an user in 2nd AD, but I can't see it in 1st AD. It seems that DB-
Sync is not bi-direction.

      Is that by design or just a bug ?
