Samba 4.0.6 global catalog issue

Hi,

I am running samba 4.0.6 on Fedora 18 and every time when I try to access
the member or the member of tabs, an error message pops up stating that the
global catalog is not available. However, the security still works just
fine. What would this be caused by? How can I fix it?
