Anybody using "perfcount" modules?

Hi!

Right now I am looking at the smb perfcount modules as
defined in source3/include/smb_perfcount.h. For my
requirements that interface would need some changes. Is it
okay to mess with it for master, or does somebody (Isilon
still around?) depend on the current interface to be stable?
