Hi Andrew, Thanks for your quick reply :)

I observed that when I set-up 2 DC in different site which is in different 
subnet, the replication would delay (~ 3 minutes). 

e.g: When I create an user in DC of Site A, it would take 3 minutes to sync 
to DC in Site B.
     But if I create an OU/GPO, it would sync immediately.

Why is there such a difference ?
