[PATCH] Fix Unable to setup messaging listener for '/usr/local/samba/private/smbd.tmp/msg/msg.17364.2':NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED

This fixes these access denied errors by becoming root when we need to
access gensec.

This fixes https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9465

(I would actually like this in the next 4.0.x release, but I know I'm
probably too late for that)
