Samba 4 backup

Hi guys,
I know there is a backup script for samba 4. Does it preserve the folder
rights to sysvol and the other folders? I noticed also there are some other
library files that are built when compiled and they are backed up. I am
concerned when I restore, these will not work if I recompile from scratch in
case of a restore.
I also have a question about the filesystem. I want to use the samba4 as a
fileserver, therefore I set access right on a folder structure. In case of
backup, should I need to preserve the whole folder substructures and the
rights associated to it? Is there another work-around for this? For my data,
I should not need to preserve the filesystem rights to it...
