And here is that evil addition to the tests that proves a server
must return an entry for every name queried in the EA list :-).
We don't need this for the bug fix for 4.0.x, but it's an
interesting addition.

Feel free to push to master if you want to make other vendors lives
hell in the next SNIA Interop event :-).
