For migrating our environment last september I wrote a small shell 
script, that retrieves the required attributes from the old LDAP via 
ldapsearch and add them to the AD via ldapmodify.


If you are interested, let me know. Then I can mail you the script. But 
don't expect something pretty and/or documented. :-) It was just a small 
quick and dirty shell-script that was run only once for transfering the 
missing attributes :-)
