[PATCH] vfs_catia: testcase written by using the "vfstest" infrastructure

Here is my first attempt to write a testcase (at all).

At some places in the shell script(s) characters above 0x7f
had to be used inside strings.
I hope that doesn't lead to troubles.

The path/files which are created during the tests are
removed at the end, so it should leave the test environment
in a clean state.

Please review (and probably push) - there's only
one day left for the next 4.0.x release .... :-)
