[CTDB] Small docs improvements

(please cc me, I'm not on the list)

Hi,

- CTDB doc [1] still mentions "private dir", but Michael Adam [2] said
it is outdated. Maybe an update? (having a paragraph with the minimum
ctdb version requirement in smb.conf manpage would also help)
- Wiki [3] says that "CTDB nodes will only take over IP addresses that
are inside the same subnet as its own public IP address". This is not
what I have (ctdb tries to put the IP anywhere) and not what the
manpage [4] says.

[4]: http://ctdb.samba.org/manpages/ctdbd.1.html On each node this
file contains a list of the public addresses that this node is capable
of hosting (on git:

Cheers
