Samba 4.0.6 in production

The file permission issue occured for another user. They explained me that
they save often the same doc on the hdd, then it becomes inaccessible. They
cannot save it anymore and they cannot open the file. They keep on getting
the error that "the file is inaccessible. Please contact your
administrator"...

The only user that will have access is a power user like administrator. Even
the other users that have been granted access to the folder structure lack
access to that specific file.
