samba crashs with 'corrupted double-linked list'

Hi,

I'm using ubuntu 12.04 with samba4.1.0rc1. I have followed the howto to
join it as an aditional DC in a SBS2008 domain, replication works perfect.

After some time samba crashs  with an error:
***glibc detected ** sbin/samba: corrupted double-linked list:
0x00007fb03d093450 ***
last time it runs for about 2 days, with 4.0.7 it usualy crashed after some
hours

any ideas?
